Kaye C. LindseyKaye C. Lindsey, CPCU, is the former Operations Vice President for the California Zone of State Farm Insurance Companies. She had zone-wide responsibility for Claims, Underwriting, and the General Departments of Human Resources, Public Affairs, Finance, Administrative Services, and Learning and Development for the State of California.  Kaye retired from her distinguished career at State Farm in March, 2012.
Kaye earned a degree in Business Management from Pacific Christian College and a law degree from Western State University of Law, both in Fullerton, Ca. She joined State Farm in 1972 as a claim service assistant in San Diego, CA. During her State Farm career, she also worked as a claim representative, divisional claim superintendent, assistant division manager and claim manager. Kaye transferred to Corporate Headquarters in 1994 as assistant vice president – auto claims. In 1997, she was named assistant vice president – fire general underwriting. After a series of promotions, she joined the California Executive Office as Operations Vice President in January 2007.
Kaye is a member of Leadership America and is currently on the board of the Los Angeles Urban League and the Executive Advisory Council for Leadership California.  She was formerly on the board of the Girl Scouts of the Centrillio Chapter, as well as the James Jordan Foundation. Kaye is also a graduate of the Wharton Executive Business program at Penn State.
